To play Lewdle, a variant of Wordle, players must identify which five-letter words are being utilized. Similar to Sweardle, this is an offensive language version of Wordle. The language of Lewdle contains a wide variety of expressions, from the relatively safe to the outright dangerous in the business world. Daily, you'll receive a new puzzle.
How to play
Lewdle's goal is the same as Wordle's, namely to guess the hidden word in six tries with the help of suggestions; the only difference is that all of the words in Lewdle are foul. If a letter is highlighted in green, it means it should be used in its appropriate context. If any letters are highlighted in yellow, it signifies they are present in the word but in the incorrect position. Also, the secret word cannot contain any of the characters that are marked in grey.
You must also provide a guess for a word. In order to break the code, you can't just start typing letters at random, like vowels.
The word Lewdle is not the first time that Wordle has been used in a derogatory context. Sweardle is another character, and he exclusively uses four-letter words when he speaks. Each day has only one puzzle, so if you want to try a new one, you'll have to wait until the next day.
